Alumni Hall of Fame

Christopher Antonino played for OLG Soccer during the 90's/early 2000's and then went on to play for Archbishop Molloy High School and St. Francis College.  He was also a member of the Brooklyn Knights. In addition Chris was also the Assistant Coach at St. Francis College for the "Terriers" for a few seasons.

 Anton Shipman played Our Lady of Grace Soccer for many years then went on to play soccer at Molloy High School. He played College Soccer at SUNY New Paltz were he had a very distinguished career.

Robert Sardis played OLG Soccer for most of his young carreer. Rob was a NCAA Division I Men's Soccer player. He played at Fordham University in the Atlantic 10 conference. During his tenure at Fordham, he was awarded preseason All-Rookie team. He played amateur for Merrick Red Storm in the Northeast Premier League. He won the Tampa Bay Sun Bowl with the Red Storm and the team was ranked 6th in the United States. He graduated from Archbishop Molloy High School where he was a standout on Varsity. He won the State Championship in '01 and was honored 3-times to the All Queens and All NYC teams. He was also a member of the ENYYSA Olympic Development Program.  His coaching experience includes being the Assistant Varsity coach at Archbishop Molloy High School where he has helped lead the team to a Brooklyn-Queens Championship, a NYC Championship, and the NY State "A" Finals.

Giuseppe Barone played soccer for OLG since he was 4 years old. His team, coached by his father Antonio Barone, where he won 6 Diocesan Championships and 7 Division Championships.  Giuseppe brought that same magic to his team at Archbishop Molloy High School. Giuseppe was also the winner of the Our Lady of Grace Scholarship Award for Catholic High School.   Giuseppe played professionally for the New York Cosmos B team in the NPSL, and is now a starting midfielder for the Milwaukee Torrent, also in the NPSL.

John Nunez - The Nunez family has been playing soccer with Our Lady of Grace for many years now. As a freshman, John was placed on the Varsity team at CK. The Coaching Staff of CK saw that John is a premier player and his skills and drive are superb. John is an outstanding addition to Christ the King's Soccer team. We wish and pray for only the best things for John he will always be our family at Our Lady of Grace.

Victoria Antonino played soccer for Our Lady of Grace since she was 4 years old. Tori was also Coached by Antonio Barone and helped bring her team to 6 Diocesan Championships and 7 Division Championships. She attended Archbishop Molloy High School and was chosen for the Girls Varsity team as a Freshman. Tori played for Adelphi University and was named to the starting varsity squad as a Freshman.   As a Senior, Tori was named team captain for the Adelphi Panthers and led her team to a #1 national ranking.  Tori is now the Assistant Coach for the Adelphi Women's Soccer program.

 Gianfranco Barone played soccer for Our Lady of Grace for 8 years. He also played for Met Oval Academy and was been on the radar for the United States National team. Gianfranco was ranked in the top 10 nationally at his position - goalkeeper.  In late 2014, Gianfranco helped MetOval win the Super Y championships in Bradenton, Florida.  Gianfranco continued his soccer career playing for a brief stint at SUNY Stony Brook.

Joao Victor Souza played for OLG Soccer from 2009-2014 and was also a member of the Met Oval Academy during that span.  Victor went on to play for NYCFC Academy, winning the U18/19 2019 National Championship against other MLS-level academies.  Victor is currently a starting back for the Boston College Eagles.

John DiCocco played for OLG Soccer from 2009-2013.  John is currently playing Division 1 Men's Soccer for St. John's University.  Prior to entering St. John's, he was the Captain of his BW Gottschee team, where he led the U16s to the Northeast Championship in 2018 and was awarded the Players Player Award (MVP).  John also played on St. Francis Prep's Varsity squad as a Sophomore with great success.  In summer 2018, John was also selected to participate in Sweden to compete in the Gothia Cup - The World Youth Cup.
