Registration for the Fall 2019 / Spring 2020 Travel Season

WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING NEW PLAYERS FROM HOWARD BEACH AND OZONE PARK WITHIN THE FOLLOWING PARISH BOUNDARIES -

Our Lady of Grace, St. Helen, Nativity BVM,

St. Mary Gate of Heaven, OLPH (Ozone Park)!

 

If you are from any other parish neighborhood, you must contact them first to see if they have a team for your child.

Here are the teams for Fall 2019:

 

Co-Ed Mites (new 2012 girls/2013/2014) - Charlie

Boys Squirts (2011/2012) - Richie

Girls Sub-Novice (2011/returning 2012)  - Angelo/Kevin

Girls Novice (2009/2010) - Angela

Boys Novice (2009/2010) - Anthony/Erick

Boys Rookies (2007/2008) - Jon/Anthony

Girls Intermediate (2006/2007/2008) - Steve

Boys Intermediate (2006) - Doug

Travel Registration fees (covers Fall & Spring):

1st child - $250

2 or more children - $400

Step 1:

CYO Athlete Membership Registration

THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CYO ATHLETES!

 

The Catholic Youth Organization of the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens has announced a new initiative that will enhance your experience with the CYO Diocesan Community. CYO has implemented a direct registration policy as the athlete’s first step in the Diocesan CYO Registration process beginning with the 2019-2020 Season. This CYO Registration will cover ALL CYO SPORTS, not just soccer.

Click here to register and obtain your CYO Membership Number.  The $10.00 CYO Membership Fee will be collected as part of the online registration policy and will include the following benefits  ... and your children will automatically be entered for valuable raffles.

YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR CHILDREN'S CYO MEMBERSHIP NUMBER AS PART OF YOUR REGISTRATION WITH OLG SOCCER. ONCE YOU HAVE THIS NUMBER, COMPLETE THE OLG SOCCER REGISTRATION

Step 2:

OLG Soccer Registration

After you complete the CYO registration and receive your child's CYO Membership number,  you must register for OLG Soccer here.  enter all of the required registration details, remember to click the Submit button to ensure we receive your information.  You will have the option to pay via PayPal or Credit Card.  If you prefer to pay via check, just select "Seller Will Send Payment Instructions" on the PayPal page, enter your email address in left-side form field, and bring your payment to your child's first practice in late August.

Uniforms must be purchased separately for new registrations (and if replacement uniforms are needed for current players.)  Payment must be made at time of purchase (checks and credit cards will be accepted. 

 

**UNIFORM FEES FOR NEW 1ST AND 2ND GRADERS WILL BE WAIVED.

Uniform fees:

Full Kit (Jersey, Shorts, Socks):  $100

Jersey Only:  $55

Shorts Only:  $45

Socks Only:  $10
